Broadside Cabernet Sauvignon

Broadside's Cabernet is sourced from the renowned region of Paso Robles — coming from sustainably farmed, SIP certified vineyards. Winemaker Adam LaZarre goes to great legnths to ensure grapes are ripened to perfection before coming into the winery for crush and fermentation. This wine then sees a year and a half on oak before being bottled. Rich, enticing aromas of blackberry, cedar and cocoa lead into big, powerful notes of plum, black cherry and allspice. Polished tannins complement a lush texture and a delicate core of acidity. The bold flavors linger on the long, balanced finish.
