Parker’s Heritage Collection 11th Edition 11 year old Single Barrel Kentucky straight bourbon is another release in tribute to Heaven Hill Distillery’s master distiller, Parker Beam. Crafted from expertly selected single-barrel recipes, this series encompasses one of Parker Beam's greatest achievements; authentically epic single-barrel whiskey. This edition in the series is aged for 11 years in a single virgin American white oak barrel and is composed of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye with a finished barrel strength of 122-proof. The first waft carries notes of tobacco and dried raisins together with caramel and orchard cherries. On the palate are thick cuts of oak, tobacco, and spicy cinnamon fire-ball candies layered with cream corn and baking spices.
